May Member Meeting

May Book Club with author Dr. Loretta J. Ross

Considering the success of our prior book club meeting with Rachel Bitecofer, we are offering a second Book Club at our May Member Meeting.

On May 20, 2026, we are thrilled to host Dr. Loretta J. Ross, nationally acclaimed scholar, human rights leader, and author of Calling In: How to Start Making Change with Those You’d Rather Cancel, for a special DWBC hybrid book club event on May 20 at 5:30 p.m. MST.

Dr. Ross is a MacArthur Fellow, a co‑founder of the Reproductive Justice movement, and a lifelong advocate whose work has shaped national conversations on equity, accountability, and social justice. We are honored to welcome her to our community.

You can purchase the book at: https://www.thriftbooks.com/, https://bookshop.org/, or Boulder Bookstore.
