Joshua Mantell from the Bell Policy Center and House Representative Lorena Garcia will join us to discuss ongoing efforts to enact a graduated income tax in Colorado via a ballot measure. They will talk about how it will work, challenges to adopt it, and how you can get involved.

Prior to working at the Bell, Josh was at the Wilderness Society in both Washington D.C. and Denver, where he worked on public lands, energy, and climate change policy.
